Our standard MOQ is 1 metric ton (1,000 kg) for bulk dates. MOQs for value-added and gourmet lines vary by product — share your requirement and we will confirm.

Typically 15–25 days after order confirmation, subject to season and availability.

We ship FOB, CFR and CIF under Incoterms 2020, with FCL and LCL options depending on volume.

Our packing facility is certified to the BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety (Issue 9) for dates packing, our products are Halal certified, and our facility is registered with the US FDA. Certificate copies are available on request.
